A lot of bands such as The Misfits, GWAR, Twisted Sister and many others dressed up as part of their stage persona's, DEVO was no exception, known for their coloured "Energy Cones".
One of my favourite bands in the day (a LONG time ago) but oh dear, my favourite song "Mongoloid" didn't make it to this release - sad!

Cover is in very good condition, no tears, no seam splits, no personal writing and only the lightest of edgewear and slight front cover creasing (lower edge). Both record labels are clean and have no writing.
New plastic inner sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see no scratches or marks on either side. Just looking at your vinyl is not a great way to judge the condition so I then played the ENTIRE release, every single track, and there are no issues with surface noise or click/pops.
