Lots of bands such as The Misfits, GWAR, Twisted Sister and many others dressed up as part of their stage persona's but DEVO wore coloured Energy Cones.
One of my favourite bands in the day (a LONG time ago) but oh dear, my favourite song "Mongoloid" didn't make it to this release - sad!
This is a special live performances vinyl release from DEVO ... plus the cover is "different"

This cover is substantially different to the "standard" release!
Instead of a "standard" cover, into which the vinyl is inserted, this release only came with a single, full colour dual side printed sheet of heavy cardboard, with the vinyl in a normal plastic sleeve and then the complete package inside a heavier plastic sleeve.
This single sheet of cardboard weighs 45g (very slightly lighter than the full album cover) and as best I can tell, it has purposefully been printed on each side of the cardboard i.e it is NOT an album cover that has been butchered and stuck together! The graphics, text etc are absolutely identical to the standard cover BUT this sheet is slightly smaller than the standard album cover. If you look at the rear of the standard cover, this sheet has been diecut (very straight, clean edges) inside the Black border around the rear graphic artwork.
This copy has also had a new White cardboard cover to better protect the vinyl, still within a plastic inner sleeve.
The printed "cover" is in very good condition, no tears, no personal writing, and the edges have very light wear from handling - like new in fact. The additional plain White cover is new and unmarked.
New plastic inner sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light scratches or marks on either side. Just looking at your vinyl is not a great way to judge the condition so I then played the ENTIRE release, every single track, and there are no issues with surface noise or click/pops.
New outer protective sleeve
All tracks are live performances
TRACKS: Freedom Of Choice Theme Song, Whip It, Girl U Want, Gates Of Steel, Be Stiff, Planet Earth
NOT on this mini album but love the song ....
