Old songs yes, but a lot of memories here for those of "older generations". Formatted so that there are no periods of silence between songs - continuous non-stop dancing! 60's style! I also noticed that some of the songs have been "altered" during production, adding a few extra effects that were not in the original releases and most are not the full versions of songs - all in the name of "modernising" the music and perhaps a bit of social engineering as well ... for example, the infamous (in the day - the same sex love song was banned on many radio stations) Lola by the Kinks, the last track on Record 2 - Side 1. Quite a long sample of the song but the most controversial lyrics have been chopped out i.e this verse is missing ...
"Well, I'm not the world's most masculine manBut I know what I am and I'm glad I'm a manAnd so is Lola"

Gatefold cover is in very good condition, meaning that there are no tears, no seam splits, no graphic damage or discolouration and no personal writing at all.

Both vinyl are in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source I can see no significant scratching or marks on any of the four sides - very nice looking. Just looking at the vinyl is a not a great way to judge the overall condition so I then played this double record ENTIRELY, both sides and all tracks. There are no issues with surface noise nor clicks n pops ... nice slice of music from the days of Baby Boomer's PARENTS music ... but I must say that as a Baby Boomer myself, I remember many of these songs as well - some were 'standards' (nowadays they call them anthems) in the heady '60s days of psychedelic hippy music
