New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a bright White halogen light source and I can see a couple of light marks or scratches on either side. Just looking at the vinyl isn't a very good way to judge the condition so I have played the ENTIRE release, both sides. There are NO issues with surface noise nor clicks n pops
