Gatefold cardboard sleeve and the booklet are in very good condition, no personal writing, no seam or pocket damage and no graphic damage.
CD media is in very good condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see no marks or scratches at all on the media. Just looking at the media is not the best way to judge the condition so I then played the ENTIRE release, all tracks, there are no issues with playback at all.
