Remember these? We do, our children had them as little kids and amazingly we kept them - goodness knows why!
In our efforts to resist waste and the destiny of being buried in amongst a pile of household "rubbish" at the local tip, we decided to see if any Walt Disney, Playskool or even just early childhood collectors may like these for their "collection"
Yes, they have been used (of course) and I would describe the condition of both as being "fair" which means that there are no significant scratching or removal of the graphics but there are some light "marks" and wear to the edges of the wood. See my COSMETIC CONDITION report below for more details ...
These are Playskool childrens jigsaw puzzles, using graphics licenced from Walt Disney. The puzzles were manufactured by Walt Disney in USA (NOT China!) The Playskool trade name later was absorbed into the well known Hasbro (USA) company.
We bought these new in the late 1970's - early 1980's
If someone was actually going to give these to children and not simply for a collection, of course never allow small children to play with this puzzle unless under close adult supervision! Little kids LOVE to try and eat everything, including jigsaw puzzles!

All wood, a 6mm thick composite material similar to a "pegboard"
Graphics have been printed onto a vinyl-like material (washable with a damp cloth)
Two different jigsaw puzzles are available
190-04 Pluto (the puppy) 7 piece puzzle
190-13 Mickey Mouse & Donald Duck 10 piece puzzle (for the more advanced child!)

Fair ~ Good condition
Meaning that there are some light marks but no significant scratching or damage to the graphics on either jigsaw. No "bubbles" to the graphic vinyl like material
No significant pieces of wood missing!
Each piece fits snuggly in place - tight but not too tight.
Wooden backing board is straight and true, not bent.
To ensure that pieces do not fall out of the jigsaw puzzle, each has now been sealed in cellowrap to keep everything in place and protect from the environment.
