On a personal level, I just loved the graphic artwork design for the book front & rear and the very Australiana dust jacket! Loads of Australiana memorabilia here and I have always had a "thing" for depictions of the Australian bush (the cover underneath the dust jacket)

NO writing, personal or otherwise, on any page EXCEPT the inside front page which has a very faint pencilled price and date hand written by the book seller. No names, no packdrill!
NO bent or corner curls
NO missing pages
NO spine damage (glued)
Light foxing (a slight yellowing caused by the reaction of the paper with the environment, NOT cigarette smoke damage!) to all internal pages, not spotting, not marks but an overall slight Yellowish look to the paper.
To preserve the current very good condition of this book, it has now been sealed in cellowrap (non-reactive with paper) and then within a sealed clear plastic sleeve.
