I am very much "into" sustainability, a manufactured component (no matter how small) represents an appreciable amount of embedded energy and to waste that embedded energy is a very bad thing, even worse is to bury it in landfill and subsequently poison our environment!
What is embedded energy?
Embedded energy is a measurement of the total energy that was used to create a component, a module or a complete piece of equipment originally and should include all processes used in the manufacture of the item, from obtaining the raw materials, processing them, making the product and then shipping to another manufacturer in the "chain" or being supplied directly to stores as a finished product for retail sale.

Topside hole is 4mm OD (for your banana plug), this is miniature (4mm) Banana plug compatible.
There is NO side entry hole in the terminal shaft for hard wiring. If you wished to hard wire, you would need to either just wrap your wire around the centre metal post or use a fork connector with your wire.
Fully isolated from the mounting panel, the insulating "thru panel" two part bushes can be arranged in two directions so this means the total height off the panel mounting can be adjusted to a small degree.
There is no "stop" on the top section that unscrews (to accept a fork connector or wire) so this means that the top section can be removed completely.
There is an eye terminal fitted to the rear for hard wire soldering.

Length: 22.5mm (entire length) or 17mm or 19.5mm extended from a mounting panel (depending upon the chosen orientation of the two part insulating bushing)
Body diameter: 15mm OD
Centre post is 5.5mm OD
Lock washer and nuts for panel mounting are provided
