Cardboard sleeve is in good condition, although some graphic damage to the front top left side (old ID label removed badly) and two sides have had tape applied to ensure sleeve integrity but otherwise, no personal writing and graphics are fine.
CD media is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see no marks or scratches on the media at all. Just to be sure, I played the ENTIRE release, every track, and there are no issues with playback at all
