These thermal pads are medium performance, film-based thermally conductive insulator. The film is coated with a silicone elastomer to deliver high performance and provides a continuous, physically tough, dielectric barrier against 'cut-through 'and resultant assembly failures.
Unlike the distributors, I will supply these in one-off's - nothing worse than wanting "a couple" of pads and being forced to purchase a packet of 10!
