TALEMA - AC Power Transformer
Country of origin: Ireland (this was made before Talema moved most manufacturing to Czech Republic)

These Talema transformers have a primary AC input rating that is ±10% of the 230V primary, meaning that this transformer will be comfortable with an AC input range of 207V–253V when the two primary windings are connected in series.
The type number coding system appears to have changed since this transformer was manufactured, the Nuvotem datasheets use a completely different numbering system now but based on the basic dimensions of this transformer and a "vague recollection", I am pretty sure this transformer has a 15VA power capability, meaning that it should be fine supplying up to 830mA from each secondary winding.
Colour coded wires from the primary are:
Pink-White: 115V input
Purple-Blue: 115V input
White & Purple are currently connected together for 230~240V operation (soldered but not insulated) as this is how they were connected on the PCB
Colour coded wires from the secondaries are:
Red - Black: 9V
Yellow - Orange: 9V
Here is a diagram from the Talema datasheet, with the primary wiring colours altered as they were completely different to that used in their "standard" format these days.
I have tested the secondary output voltages (240V in) and with NO LOAD I am measuring 11.75V available from each winding.

All wiring is on flying leads, with both the primary leads and secondaries being 150mm in length each wire.
The original 2x White rubber insulating discs and the dished steel washer, plus a bolt & nut are all supplied.
NOTE: It is quite likely that the bolt may be found to be too short, in the original equipment, the PCB mounting thread was raised to meet this bolt - just substitute with a longer bolt to suit your application.
