Shipping Policy

We ship the advertised goods to MOST countries although there are some exclusions due to export restrictions or delivery issues such as in War Zones. Just enter your country in the 'checkout' area of my website and that will tell you if I ship there. If you believe I have made a mistake and omitted your beautiful country, please let me know and I will investigate and do what I can to enable purchasing from your country.

When you place an order, we will provide shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

In general terms, International Shipping (Standard) is a 'tracked' article, this means it's progress can be viewed online.

The differences between Standard, Express and International Courier really come down to the transit time ... sometimes the difference is not great so you would need to carefully consider if the extra cost was worth it.

Generally I do NOT include International Insurance, but can upon request if desired. International insurance is quite expensive and in my experience, tracked items do not get lost although I have had some with extensive delays (no reasons provided ... they arrive in the destination country and 'sit' somewhere!) but eventually all packages do get delivered.

We endeavour to ship items within 48 hours of payment receipt, subsequent delivery time will depend upon the shipping method chosen and the buyers location.

International Orders may experience additional delays due to customs clearance etc

The EU area is now very strict regarding documentation, I complete all the pre-shipping documentation online prior to sending the article - often the most difficult section is using the correct Tariff number (so the EU member country can calculate import duties) EU in particular has created quite a bureaucracy surrounding importation of goods, even very low cost items.

Any duties, taxes etc that may be payable by the receiver, at the port of entry to an international destination is the buyers responsibility - if in any doubt, check with your local customs authorities prior to making a purchase.

 

Returns Policy

Every item advertised on this website will clearly state if it is used or brand new

USED ITEMS

Most items advertised on this website are used.

We take the responsibility of pre-sale testing very seriously and also give an accurate description of both the item and the tests undertaken to establish the equipment or item condition.

We test items to the best of our ability and testing is undertaken for as long as feasible before offering the item for sale.

Used items generally have no right of return UNLESS the item is found to substantially differ from the advertisement description, for example if the equipment is "dead on arrival"

 

Where an item is to be returned, approval to return the item must first be requested from Time Tunnel. A return authorisation number will be issued.

The shipping cost of the returned item will be the responsibility of the buyer

Upon the item being received by Time Tunnel and if subsequently found to be not repairable, a full purchase refund will be made (including the original shipping cost to the buyer)

 

There are no fees associated with returning an item

 

In summary, if the buyer is not happy with the condition of the item purchased, Time Tunnel will take all necessary steps to provide a satisfactory solution to the buyer (where reasonable and feasible)

 

NEW ITEMS

Some items on this site are new but old stock. In the circumstance where the buyer is not happy with the item purchased, the buyer has full statutory rights to a full refund or an exact replacement item.

 

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

While we do pack all items extremely carefully, sometimes mishaps during shipping do occur.

In most cases, our shipments are insured and depending upon the shipping company then either the buyer or Time Tunnel initiates a claim for the damaged item with the shipping organisation.

In cases where an economy shipping option (meaning without insurance) was chosen by the buyer, Time Tunnel will negotiate with the buyer to achieve a satisfactory solution.

Cancellation Policy

Should an individual choose to cancel their order, a full refund will be given, regardless of the reason for cancellation, and there will be no fees levied as a result of the cancellation.
