We love this drawing and BELIEVE it is what is termed an original hand pulled lithographic copy, number 21 of 250

It is penned in the lower left corner

The name is flowing writing but all in capitals

The pencil artwork is not black but closer to a sepia colour. Looking very closely at the artwork, there are no signs of dots - either random or mechanical looking.

The back medium looks similar to a parchment type of paper, with very light yellowish/brownish discolouring - this is very light.

The artwork is behind glass and mounted in a simple wooden frame.

The subject is a country homestead, on the rustic side as you can see.

Old Australian, small verandah and no chimney with a graveyard out the back. Actually the period would seem to be in the period of 1940's to 1960's as you can see an electric light inside the homestead.

Artwork measures 380mm x 280mm high

Frame measures 550mm x 450mm high

Other than the very light discolouration on the drawing media mentioned above, the artwork is in excellent condition
