There are a few Paradox bands around but those are not this band, in fact I cannot find out much or recall this band but here is what I do know (or think)

Music genre is rock, Side A #1 (I Don't Care) has a country rock feel to it, Side A #2 (Nowhere) is good old classic solid rock. Great sound and well produced.

MEMBERS:

Kenn McCarthy - Bass, vocals

Steve Sinclair - Guitar, vocals

Dave Copeland - Guitar

Peter Burgess - Drums, vocals

Cover graphics by Peter Burgess - pretty dark, portraying a noose on the front and someone hanging by that noose on the rear.

I might be incorrect on this but I suspect the drummer, Peter Burgess of this band and Peter Burgess of the Backsliders are one and the same person.

I suspect the band was Sydney based, management was through Peter Ridding in Sydney

Many aspects of the record indicate it is a self release and intended to be either humourous or sarcastic.

THE EVER INCOMPETENT RECORD COMPANY

UNPOPULAR RECORDS

It Was Beyond Our Control instead of the usual Copyright Control, which just means it signifies that the listed songwriter has not yet assigned the publisher's share. In other words, the songwriter has not scored a lucrative publishing deal

Also reference on Side B to A Don't Blame Us Production

But for all the quirky labelling, the music is pretty damn good

Australian release

Cover is in very good condition, light yellowing to the white card used. BOTH sides of the record are labelled as Side A.

New inner plastic sleeve

Vinyl is in very good condition - inspected visually, I can see just a couple of very light scratches but the only real way to tell is to play the entire record. I have played both sides - no significant surface noise and a great late 70's rock sound.

New outer protective sleeve

Tracks: I Don't Care, Nowhere

I could only find one reference to this release, ANYWHERE although it seems to be in high demand (why?) asking prices (when you can find a copy) up in the region of A$80+

Condition exactly as described Non-returnable used product
