New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see NO marks or scratches on either side. I always play the vinyl I am offering, you cannot make a reliable judgement of the condition just by looking at your piece of plastic! I then played the ENTIRE release, both sides, and there are NO issues at all with surface noise or click/pops
