Gatefold cover is in good (minus) condition, no seam splits, no tears but all edges are well worn, heavy wear (but not split) in fact. The front and rear covers also show signs of considerable handling - inside the gatefold is fine though.

New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source I can see quite a few light scratches/scuff marks on each side. I then played both sides entirely, thinking this may well be a noisy playback but I was pleasantly surprised - in fact it is really good, with barely any noticeable clicks/pops and surface noise was not a significant issue either. Good clear spoken word and songs.
