New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can only see a couple of VERY LIGHT scratches or marks on each side. I then played the album ENTIRELY, completely on both sides, and there are NO issues with surface noise and just the occasional click/pop event.
