Gerry began his musical career as bass player for The Cymbaline, between the years of 1965 - 1969.

During the early 70's Gerry was a songwriter/producer of various bands/projects, teaming up with producer Tony Atkins.

In 1973, Gerry signed with York Records and produced this album, his only album release. After the album release, Gerry went on to produce again, notably Amii Stewarts "Knock On Wood". After this, Gerry retired from the music industry.

Gerry's single releases and this album are now highly collectable.

UK release - Record label sample product for industry release only

Cover is in good condition, handling wear to the edges, vinyl ring beginning on the front cover - no seam splits or tears

Being a York records promotional release to the broadcast industry, this has a "Sample Only (not for resale)" sticker attached to the Side 1 vinyl label

Original lined inner sleeve is supplied but the vinyl is in a new inner plastic liner sleeve as well

Vinyl record is in very good condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see a couple of extremely/very light scuff marks or scratches. I then played both sides of this album, some light surface noise at times - mainly between tracks.

One track worthy of mention is "See Through My Hand" has a light scratch which does result in a low level "click click" for the first 30 seconds or so.

Pretty cool 70's boppy pop/rock - typical for the times.... Reminded me a lot of George Harrison music, with nice slide guitar, trumpets, bells, piano and even some strings (cello's) along with the usual lineup of lead/bass guitars, drums and of course Gerry on vocals.

The track "Plenty Of Time" is pretty psych rock, lots of phasing - very spacey.

New outer protective sleeve

Tracks: Only The Beginning, Peace On Earth, Plenty Of Time, See Through My Hand, Madeleine, When It Comes To Love, Come On Home, Infinite Space, Blue And White, Looking For Your Love, Universal Love

Extremely sought after and hard to find
