Never heard of Ee? It is a concept that creates a measurement of ALL things (not just electronics) that humans have made and the energy used in obtaining the raw material, processing the materials right through to a finished product and even should include the shipping of the item to the distributors/retailers.

Coloured rings to help sort out that myriad of cables in the studio "now which lead was the DAT, or R2R and where is that DAW input cable?" These rings can help make sense of those leads all hanging down from the rack bays.

Split ring style
Why a split ring? If you are colour coding your existing XLR leads then there will be no way to fit this ring without disconnected a plug at one end. But with a split ring, just unscrew the rear of the plug body and "open" the split colour coded ring, fit onto the body between the diecast metal plug "front end" and the rear screw on section, tighten up the rear of the plug and Yeah! you are in business - a nice colour coded plug
