It would be nice to have more detailed specificatons but I cannot find the datasheets, if further information is critical for your purposes then most likely Harbuch (in Sydney) can provide the specs for you, it would be safe to assume these will be fine up (3dB points) to at least 15Khz. If you take a look at the Harbuch website it is a blit 'flakey' with very little information and certainly not much further technical information (response curves etc) - it has been like this for MONTHS!
