1980's SEW VU Meters with backlight NEW OLD STOCK

These VU meters are brand new but old stock - never seen a drop of solder

Model: ST.315

Dating from the 1980's - these were actually spares for a very nice USA analog compressor but never needed

Meter windings: 645 Ohm DC resistance

Green backlight: 19.4 Ohm DC resistance

Solder tags on the rear

Tested to ensure they have stood the test of time - nothing wrong with either unit

Measurements - note that there is NO fascia front panel, the meter fits into a precut slot on the equipment front panel.

Recessed display area: 62mm x 33mm

Actual whole body area: 63mm x 52mm

Front to Back thickness: 15mm

Coil movement area: 17mm x 18mm and 15mm deep from the main body which means total depth of the meter movement around the coil movement area is 30mm

Front display material: Acrylic resin - clear

Clean and without scratches

Very difficult to find old VU meters such as this one, even the "current" range of ST.315 meters are actually a different physical size these days.
