Davy Jones, remember him?

English actor, singer & songwriter who became part of The Monkees, originally conceived as an American pop band for television. The musical/comedy show ran from 1966 to 1968 but the real successful was the many songs that spun off from the show.

Davy was the "teen idol" of the band, often resulting scenes with girls admiring Davy having "stars" superimposed over their eyes!

1967 (Reissue - the original, which was not released in Australia, was in 1964)

Australian release

Generic RCA record cover is in good condition, no seam splits and no tears but there is one word (COVENTRY) hand printed on the Side A label.

New inner plastic sleeve

Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see some very light ~ light scratches on either side but nothing serious. Just looking at your vinyl is not a good way to judge the condition so I then played this single ENTIRELY, both sides, and there are no significant issues with surface noise or click/pops.

New plastic outer protective sleeve

Tracks: Dream Girl, Maybe It's Because I'm A Londoner

THEN WE HAVE A SONG THAT DAVY IS MORE WELL REMEMBERED FOR ... THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO SONGS IS STARK!

USED Exactly as described
