Cover is in good (minus) condition, no writing, no tears but two side seams had split - tape repairs have been made and you can notice a small area of graphic damage on the front near the text PROMISE.
New inner plastic liner
Vinyl is in very good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see a couple of very light scratches on each side. A visual inspection is not enough to judge a record so I played both sides ENTIRELY - no issues with surface noise or clicks/pops - nice play!
New outer protective plastic sleeve
