Never heard of Mandy?
This was the teenager (13) who was widely known for her controversial relationship in 1983, with 47 year old Rolling Stones bassist Bill Wyman and in 1988 she married Wyman (lasted two years together before divorcing)
This single (she was then 17 years old) was her second single release, afterwhich she had a number of other singles before her musical career came to a halt.

Cover is in good condition, no tears, no seam splits and no writing. Industry promotional copy sticker on the rear cover.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see NO scratches on either side BUT I can see plastisier leeching from the old inner plastic sleeve (leaves a pattern on the vinyl). Just to be sure all is well, I then played the ENTIRE release, both sides, and there are no issues with surface noise or click/pops
