Great old Australian popular music from the mid 1970's, of course Shirley is Graeme Shirley Strachan - most well known as the lead singer for Skyhooks.
Shirley tragically died in 2001.
Every Little Bit Hurts is actually a 1964 hit single for Motown soul singer Brenda Holloway, covered by Shirley and this was his debut single release as a solo artist.
