New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of light scratch marks on Side A and a medium scratch near the runout on Side B. I then played the ENTIRE single release, both sides, and there are no significant issues with surface noise or click/pops, particulary Side B (no click click click's) during which is a pretty good rock song too!
