Cover is in excellent condition, very light vinyl ring forming front and rear.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good - excellent condition - inspected visually, the surface looks great - played both sides and noticed just very low level surface noise on Side B in particular, lower level audio on this song compared to Ceremony on Side A so the surface noise is more noticeable.
New outer protective sleeve
