Let's go back, way back to 1956. This is when the motion picture The King And I was released. Sometimes, it is good to drop back into early music such as this album provides and Yul Brynner in particular holds special memories for me when he played the malevolent cowboy robot in the much later motion picture, Westworld.

Motion picture stars:

Deborah Kerr

Yul Brynner

Australian release

Cover is in very good condition, no tears, no seam splits and no writing with just a small sticker on the rear (original retailer George Pitt phone number J 1635)

New inner plastic sleeve

Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can only see a couple of very light scratches on each side.

I then played the ENTIRE release, every single track, and there are no issues with surface noise or click/pops - very nice play!

Tracks: Overture, I Whistle A Happy Tune, My Lord And Master, Hello Young Lovers, The March Of Siamese Children, A Puzzlement, Getting To Know You, We Kiss In A Shadow, I Have Dreamed, Shall I Tell You What I Think Of You?, Something Wonderful, Song Of The King, Shall We Dance? Something Wonderful (Finale)
