Cover is in very good condition, no tears, no seam splits, no personal writing, no significant graphic wear and with only light edge wear from handling.

New inner plastic liner sleeve

Vinyl is in very good condition, I visually inspected the vinyl under a bright White halogen light source, I can see NO scratches or marks on either side.

Just looking at the vinyl isn't a very good method to judge the condition of the vinyl, so let's have a listen ... I have played the ENTIRE release, and there are no issues with surface noise nor clicks/pops.
