Cover is in very good condition, light handling wear/creasing to the edges but no seam splits. Rear opening edge, near the bottom has a small tear. Some light marks to the front cover ... these are adhesive residue left behind after removal of the original very tattered clear plastic covering.

New inner plastic liner sleeve
Vinyl record is in very good condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source and I can a couple of very light scratches. I then played both sides and there is no issues with surface noise at all, a truly a great play.
