Cover is in good condition, no tears, no writing, slight dirtiness but nothing serious. Spine has a very small/short seam wear resulting in a split. Note the cash register behind Elvis and to his left - Wow!

New plastic inner sleeve replaces the original white paper sleeve (paper sleeves leave a lot of dust over the vinyl)

Vinyl is in good (minus) condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and yes, after 50+ years of playing there are some light ~ medium scratches on each side. But just looking at the vinyl is not a good way to judge the record audio condition, especially with the old "hard" vinyls used during the period this record was made. I played the ENTIRE album, every single track, and while the surface noise is sometimes more elevated than "normal" this album remains very listenable. The medium scratches only create a few low level clicks on a couple of tracks and otherwise there are no significant issues.
