Cover is in good condition, no seam splits, very light edge wear from normal handling, no tears, light partial vinyl ring on both the front and rear of the cover. The rear also has some small white dots (look like paint spots) Inner lyric sleeve is included, this has some light mildew spotting.

Vinyl is in very good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see just a few very light scratches on each side.
I then played both sides, surface noise is not an issue with very few clicks/pops - very nice play.
