Both vinyl media are in excellent condition EXCEPT I have noticed just one thing - handle disc 1 extremely carefully, there is a very short "crack" at the beginning - here are the details:
It measures about 3mm long in from the lead-in area. It is EXTREMELY difficult to see, the only reason I found it was during cleaning. It is more apparent on Side 1 - on Side 2 I cannot see it at all.
I have played both records and in particular this area and I cannot hear a thing, I was expecting a click or a pop but nothing at all.
This is what happens if someone carelessly handles a vinyl record from the edge, there is greatly increased risk of damage due to the whole record weight being supported where the thumb and finger are - always stretch the hand and hold the record from the centre - never the edges.
If looked after and handled properly, there is no reason for this crack to become worse in the future.
