New inner plastic liner sleeve
Vinyl is in good - very good condition, inspected under a white halogen light source, I can see very light "cleaning" scratches Side A and a couple of light scratches on Side B. I then played both sides, surface noise level is low and just the very occasional click/pop - nice play
