Cover is in very good condition, no tears, no personal writing, no seam splits and only very light edge wear from normal handling.
New inner plastic sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually examined under a bright white halogen light source and I can only see a couple of very light scratches or marks on either side. Just looking at the vinyl is not a good way to judge the condition so I then played the album ENTIRELY, each track on both sides, and there are no issues with surface noise and just a couple of low level clicks at times.
