This means that I am offering only the vinyl record, with a new inner plastic sleeve, new plain white generic cardboard cover and then packaged in a standard clear plastic outer sleeve.

Very controversial duo at the time (read about the saga online) but they had huge success and entertained, which is after-all what the music industry is all about - entertainment. Fakes? absolutely but very popular nonetheless.
This album is a number of remixes of their well known songs, produced with very short inter-track spacing so that one song 'blends' into the next - great for a continous dance floor Milli Vanilli session!

Vinyl record is in good condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light scratches or marks on either side.
I then played this release ENTIRELY, every track, and there are NO issues with surface noise or click/pops.
