New inner plastic liner sleeve
Vinyl is in very good condition, visually inspected under a bright white halogen light source and I can see just a couple of very light scratches on either side. Just looking at your vinyl is not a good way to judge the condition of a record so I then played the ENTIRE release, all tracks, and there are no significant issues with surface noise or click/pops.
