Oh Dear! This item has been sold but take a look around for other similar items

Most the time, if I come across a dodgy vinyl record, I will recycle it in some way (NEVER put it out for burial at the local tip) but some vinyl is still playable on one or more tracks and instead of it "meeting its maker" I offer to others, especially recordings from the likes of Thorogood!

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BELOW!

This vinyl record does NOT mistrack but oh boy, someone once upon a time was pretty careless with this one and the scratching to both sides is obvious but as it turns out (after playing) still a worthwhile listen. A secondary use is the cover, it is in pretty good shape so it would make a nice replacement if you already have the album but with a not-so-hot cover.

My asking price is just for the new sleeves (inner & outer) and around 50 minutes of my time listening to the playback.

Cat# ST 240614

1986

Australian release

Cover is in very good condition, barely any edge wear from normal handling, clean, no writing - just one small detraction, there is a small/short seam split in the centre of the spine.

New inner plastic liner sleeve

Vinyl record is in good (minus) condition, visually inspected under a white halogen light source and I can see a number of light ~ medium scratches on both sides. Looks something similar to a cat having played with it! I thought "well this is beyond use" but decided to give it a play, I love Thorogood and hope that someone else does too! Besides, sometimes the visual inspection of a vinyl record can be deceiving and the only real way to judge the condition is to play the album, ALL OF IT!

I played every single track and there are no mistracks (I use a very light tracking force for just this situation and it didn't miss a beat)

Sure I can hear surface noise/clicks/pops but for the most part George buries them with his music so it is a really good playback - not bad at all, just not pretty to look at.

New outer protective sleeve

Tracks: Who Do You Love?, Bottom Of The Sea, Night Time, I Drink Alone, One Bourbon One Scotch One Beer, Alley Cop, Madison Blues, Bad To The Bone, The Sky Is Crying, Reelin' & Rockin'
