Japanese release - unable to find much about it though
After a lot of research, I can only come to the conclusion this is a bootleg - it is not the album The Stranger, it is a selection of songs from two of Billy Joel's albums, The Stranger and Piano Man and the track listing looks to be very similar to another Japanese release called Best Of The Best.
Not a lot of care taken in the production, for example there is a typo on track 6 which is listed as Scenes From An Itarian Restaurant
