Cardboard gatefold CD packaging is in good condition, complete with the booklet. Light handling wear to the rear of the opening edge, this is not serious but noticeable.
Both CD media are in very good condition, examined under a white halogen light source, I can see NO scratches or marks on the media. I have played the ENTIRE double album, every track, and there are absolutely no problems at all
