As there is no indication this is silver plated, I must assume it is NOT silver plate (although Stuarts did produce a LOT of silver plated teaspoons!)

Dreamworld Theme Park opened in 1982 and this spoon is from their early days, around the 2000's. Taj was a male Bengal tiger, born in 1998 at Dreamworld and he died in 2013. In the spoon graphic, Taj appears as a young tiger of course.
Graphics at the head of the teaspoon show Taj (the tigers name is printed on the graphic) and has the text around the graphic
