HISTORY:
My "world" is 'the arts' and more specifically, music, artwork and hand crafted/decorated chinaware's.
I am not a film enthusiast but an associate has asked me to find new owners for THEIR large collection of photographic and film related items ... this is one of those items.
There WAS a 16mm film inside this can but it was beyond salvation! Sadly the film went to it's "maker" but the canister remains and is eager to protect another film!
UNBRANDED - 16mm Film Canister
14 Inch diameter (I believe this suits up to around 1600 feet, so I am told)

Material: Steel (checked with a magnet!)
Two halves, friction fitting together
COSMETIC CONDITION:
CLEAN
Very light ~ light oxidisation marks (rust) topside and underneath - none inside
NO previous labelling or other ID markings on the can at all
NO physical damage to the can, not warped or dented
The two halves neatly fit together, nice and securely - there is no way that your film reel will "fall out" of this canister!
While waiting for a new owner, this empty 14 inch canister has been safely wrapped in bubblewrap for protection of the surface.
