I am 95% sure these valves are perfectly fine electrically, I ALWAYS tested my tubes before putting them away for stock spares but stupidly I have sold my two tube testers so I cannot confirm their condition any longer.
I last looked at these a LONG time ago, it is quite likely these were new valves but orphaned from their boxes.

Nice that there is two but please realise these have not had the characteristics "matched" as I no longer have my valve testers - this is simply an offering for two valves of the same type

Clean pins
No movement in the glass envelope/base area - a common issue with these older valves.
No useage burn observed - I suspect these had very little use prior to my Dad "pulling" them - no boxes
