TESTING:
Each of the available devices have been tested:
Hfe 260, 92, 70
Technical datasheets indicate a range of 70 ~100 so the device measuring 260 surprised me a little but I rechecked that device and can confirm it is indeed 260. I have marked on the heatsink that particular device, just in case someone wants that device with the much higher gain.
