Ex precision test equipment from yonks ago! I think it was some German equipment but I didn't make notes at the time.
Seems to be an obsolete device as I cannot find any current data references to the MP313
ALL information that I have is listed below
MOTOROLA (?) - Dual Transistor Package
I question if this is Motorola because although the logo printed on the side is a large M, it doesn't look the same style as that used by Motorola
Part # MP313.8613 (the .8613 is printed on the can right next to the MP313 but may only be a batch number)
6 pin (3 one side and 3 the other) TO5 package
All pins are Gold plated
TESTING:
Put this device (actually all that I am offering) on a transistor tester and it tells me that both sets of 3 pins are NPN transistors - the two transistors being ISOLATED from each other (not Darlington etc)
Current gain (?) is very high, being in the range of 630 ~ 660 for each transistor
Silicon bipolar
COSMETIC CONDITION:
USED Ex equipment "pull"
NO physical damage
SHORT 5mm length Gold plated leads - most suitable for plugging into a TO5 socket for ease of use/experimentation
Supplied in a sealed clear plastic packet
