Clean with no oxidisation*** - because these are old stock and there is no oxidisation, I am leaning towards these being tin plated NOT Silver
The photograph gives the appearance of rust or dirt - that is reflected light on the shiny metal - THESE ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE NEW and do not have any rust or other nasties!
