I had difficulty locating the datasheets from the workshops so I "fired" them up and took a look.
Turn on actually occurs at Vf 1.5V (low intensity but lit up) and full intensity around 2.2V
I cannot measure the light intensity but judged these to be low level, around the 20 ~ 50mcd region.
Nicely diffused . emission which is viewable at a wide angle
