I suspect this type has been discontinued/superseded and I cannot locate the datasheets here. Might involve a bit of "hunting around" online or just workbench experimenting with these.

TESTING:
Because I could not find my datasheets, I powered up one of these (2.9V DC) and was greeted by an intense white light from the centre of the star which is continously on, no flashing and using the other solder pads, no colour changing.
Always stored as originally supplied to us in individual clear plastic packets and this is how they will be on-sent to the new owners.
This is not an ongoing supply, once my workshop spares are gone .... there will be no more
