This polyproylene capacitor is NEW, old production stock
Roderstein (Germany) has been around for yonks, manufacturers of high quality capacitors and other passives but now a subsidiary of the behemoth Vishay
These KP polyproylene film capacitors are great in high frequency circuits due to their very low dissipation factor and are typically found in oscillator, timing and LC/RC filter circuits, high frequency coupling of fast digital and analog integrated circuits.

Leads are clean and shiny
Stored loose although these were originally on tape reels, you can see remnants of the paper tape at the ends of the leads (not too hard to remove). These were supplied by the distributor within sealed plastic packets (see the photograph)
