This electronic component is brand new, old stock.
My original source of this component was a 'pedigree' audio amplifier designer/manufacturer in Australia which has now ceased operations. I say 'pedigree' because all of the various components I am offering are high quality, not el-cheapo Chinese crap!
The component was purchased from Roxby Electronics in Victoria and I see they still have stocks of the PFE RIFA capacitors - compare the prices (particularly for quantity)

PFE capacitors are particularly well suited to audio applications although quite difficult to find these days (at a reasonable price)
